October Newsletter
It’s finally feeling like fall is here! Thanks to everyone for a terrific start to another dance year. We are so proud of our dancers and staff. We hope you are all pleased with your classes and your instructors. If you have any questions or concerns anytime throughout the year, please don’t hesitate to call or email and we will get back to you asap. We also appreciate you being considerate of our studio rules. By working together we will make this one of the best years yet!
Email/Website
We depend on email to communicate with our dancers and families. Please let us know if you have additional email addresses that you would like newsletters sent to. Just send them in and we’ll add them to the list! Your statement will only be sent to the email address on your registration form. The monthly newsletters are also posted on our website www.starstruckdancer.com. The calendar for the dance year is also posted on the web. Using the website is a great way to stay informed about all studio events.
Account Statements
Monthly statements will be emailed out after the 10th of each month. Tuition is due by the 10th and late fees will
be added to any fees paid after that date. If you have questions about your account you can respond to the email and our accountant will get back to you shortly. My mom is no longer handling the studio accounts, so please send all of your billing questions via email. Thanks!
SSDS Orders
Orders for Star Struck shirts, jackets, warm-ups, etc. are due by the end of October. Orders placed in October will be back in time for Christmas. We also request that all of our dancers wear Star Struck apparel when they represent the studio at the Lincolnton Christmas Parade on Nov. 27th.
Decals
SSDS Decal order forms are available at the studio. You can add extra names for $1. Competition dancers can add “competition dancer” to their decal for $1. We will be ordering decals throughout the year.
Halloween
The studio will be closed on Monday, October 31st. We don’t usually close for Halloween, but since it is a
teacher workday we are cancelling classes.
